The LPSA Pharmacy Ball 2025 promises to be an unforgettable evening of celebration, networking, and elegance. This annual event, hosted by the Liverpool Pharmaceutical Student Association (LPSA), gathers pharmacy students, faculty and alumni, for a night of fun and camaraderie.
Hosted at The Adelphi Hotel, the ball will feature exquisite dining, live entertainment, and a formal dress code, allowing attendees to celebrate their achievements and the bonds formed throughout their academic journeys. With a mix of music, dancing, and memorable moments, the LPSA Pharmacy Ball 2025 is sure to be an event that marks the culmination of a year of hard work, dedication, and passion for the pharmacy profession.

Event policies
Yes, you will recieve an email from one of our team ahead of the event that includes a survey where you can outline any dietary requirements and we will do our best to accomodate them.
Yes you can bring a plus one, they do not have to be a member of the LPSA Society. They will be allocated a seat next to you. This is limited to one plus one per member.
Anyone who does not purchase a ticket for their plus one at the time of purchasing their own ticket cannot guarantee there will be further tickets available for their plus one.
The Student Ticket requires the following
You (the Student) need to have purchased a membership for the LPSA this academic year.
This can be done before purchasing the ticket via the JMSU Website.
This will need to be done in a seperate transaction and before purchasing a LPSA Ball ticket.
You will only need to purchase a membership for yourself in order to purchase an additional plus one ticket
The Academic/Staff/ & their plus one Ticket requires the following
You DO NOT need purchased a membership for the LPSA this academic year.
You can purchase the ticket via the JMSU Website.
Tickets are non-refundable. As the LPSA is student-led, an event this large cannot be sustained without ticket sales. We hope you can understand that this policy is for the integrity of the LPSA Ball.
If you can no longer attend the ball, the society are unable to accommodate refunds or transfers.
However, you can sell your ticket to another student personally. You will need to make us aware of this by 14th March 2025 to tell the venue, after this transfers cannot be accommodated.
The tickets will go off sale Friday 14th March 2025 at 2pm.
However, this is an event that is expected to sell out before then, so please buy your tickets now to avoid disappointment.
The venue is accessible for all those with disabilities.
Each ticket admits one person.
Your ticket includes the following
- Welcome drink on arrival (Prosecco/Beer/Non-Alcholic aletrnative)
- Formal 3 course Dinner
- Half bottle of Wine (White/Rose/Non-Alcholic alternative)
If you want to sit with friends, you will be sent a questionaire to fill in after purchasing your ticket, tables are likely to be made up of 8 to 10 people.
Plus ones will always be sat with the main purchaser.
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee you will be sat with everyone on your list, we will do our best to accommodate everyone’s preferences.
Any further information about the ball will be communicated to ticket holders via email, including confirmation on allergies etc.
