Open water swimming trip, Wyld Sauna …

Open water swimming trip to wyld sauna. 

The changing rooms are very small, so prepare for awkard changing. There are lockers provided (free).

Essential items:

- Swimwear

- Towel to sit on in the sauna

- Towel to dry off after plunge/shower

- Water bottle (sauna is hot)

Optional items that could make you more comfortable:

- Pool sliders / flip flops

- Bathrobe (for using toilet and cafe facilities)

- Sauna hat 

There are showers but cannot use shampoo or conditioners as it goes straight into the docks.
