Yes you can bring a plus one, they do not have to be a member of the LPSA Society. They will be allocated a seat next to you. This is limited to one plus one per member.
Everyone is welcome to bring a plus one - however they will require a ticket.
Anyone who does not purchase a ticket for their plus one at the time of purchasing their own ticket cannot guarantee there will be further tickets available for their plus one.
1 ticket admits 1 person and costs £50.00
2 tickets admit 2 people and costs £100.00
Your plus one does not have to be an LJMU student.
Yes, you will recieve an email from one of our team ahead of the event that includes a survey where you can outline any dietary requirements and we will do our best to accomodate them.
We have already assured that the food served will be hala, and that the event takes place outside of Ramadan.
We understand that some of our students will choose not to attend but would like those who would like to, to feel welcomed and able to do so. If you have any further suggestions on how we can further accommodate please let us know.
No, we would never force anyone to drink alcohol if they don't want to. You don't have to drink to have a good time.
Tickets are non-refundable. As the LPSA is student-led, an event cannot be sustained without ticket sales. We hope you can understand that this policy is for the integrity of the society and charity events.
If you can no longer attend the ball, the society are unable to accommodate refunds or transfers.
However, you can sell your ticket to another student personally. You will need to make us aware of this by Monday 16th March 2026 to tell the venue, after this transfers cannot be accommodated.
Yes, The Adelphi is fully Wheelchair Accessible.

If you are Alumni, Facutly you do not have to be a member of the society to attend however you do have to purchase a ticket.
Yes, the event will be formal attire or "black tie", though we ask that you dress formally, we also invite you to wear what you feel most comfortable in, as long as it is in keeping with the theme.
Yes, as this allows us to make sure we don't go over the venue capacity.
Any further information about the ball will be communicated to ticket holders via email, including confirmation on allergies etc.

If you want to sit with friends, this requires you to fill in the question when purchasing your ticket, tables are likely to be made up of 8 to 10 people.
