JMSU Events: Soundbath and Meditation…

Join us for a guided sound bath and meditation class, designed to help you unwind, recharge, and feel refreshed.

Bring a blanket and pillow for extra comfort - yoga mats will be provided for everyone to lie on.

• A calming, Soothing, guided sound bath experience

• Meditation to relax your mind and body

• A peaceful, supportive environment to celebrate the end of assessments.

Accessible Requirements

Attendees will be lying on the floor on a yoga mat or are welcome to sit on a chair for this class.
